  • Abstract
    The axle shaft of wheel loaders often suffers complex impulsive loads during transportation and shoveling. The Time domain load of axle shaft of loader in the working condition of primary soil was denoised through the Wavelet method. Simultaneously the Gaussian white noise which takes a great part of the noise signals was eliminated too. The Time domain characteristic of axle shaft torque was analyzed while the loader works in the V-shaped section. Finally the stationarity of the entire time-history load was examined by run test method. The result shows that the measured Time domain signal of the axle shaft is stationary, which provides a reliable base for subsequent counting statistics and compilation of load spectrum.
