Abstract :
In order to solve the problems such as hydraulic misadjustment, frequent occurrence of failure, high consumption of energy and high risk of accidents, in heat-supplying process, a integrated monitoring and management system characterized by energy saving and safety is explored, which integrates multiple functions such as intelligent control, pre-warning and warning, comprehensive analysis, etc. Structure, operating principles of the designed system and energy conservation approaches are proposed. Design of system functions like process analysis, modelling and control strategies, parameter intelligent, safety pre-warning and warning, multi-media monitoring, is expounded. Application of the system shows good effectiveness in energy conservation, safe, stable and economical operation.
