  • Abstract
    Light propagation in a periodic interdigitated metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) structure is modelled by means of rigorous electromagnetic theory. The effects of varying the intensity distribution on the time dependence of the response behaviour are examined using electronic device simulation.
