Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the effects of outdated channel state information at the transmitters (CSIT) on the diversity-multiplexing trade-off (DMT) performance in a scenario based on distributed opportunistic nonorthogonal decode-and-forward relaying channel, where the available CSIT is obtained by the outdated information exchange. The study is conducted by deriving a closed-form DMT expression as a function of the correlation coefficient between the outdated CSIT and the accurate values. Simulation results are presented to verify our analysis.
