Abstract :
A complete visual aid for training hearing handicapped based on real time representation of linear prediction estimated vocal tract shapes, has been designed and evaluated with deaf children. Some problems related to this project are discussed in this paper like the areas normalization and the error criterion. Preliminary results of the evaluation are also reported.
