Abstract
The emergence of chaos and fractal theory provides a brand-new concept and research method to solve structure problems in order and disorder. Based on the nonlinear dynamic characteristic analysis of the observation data of structures under wind load, this paper first introduces chaos and fractal theory in structures under wind load through theoretical analysis, formulas and the practical example analysis. It is a brand-new attempt in this aspect and has an important significance in promoting the further development of the structural analysis.
