Abstract :
Propagation properties of THz electrical signals on microstrip lines made of optically transparent conductor were studied numerically to clarify the feasibility of the use of such conductors. It was found that, with a proper design, the attenuation as low as 0.35 mm-1 is expected at 1 THz, which may be an acceptable value for the mm-scale devices.
