            Abstract :
Due to network latency and the mobility of the host, many existing group communication protocols are limited to a static environment. This paper presents a multicast primitive for delivering multicast messages to mobile hosts. The primitive has the total ordering property which guarantees the ordering of message delivery. The protocol also guaranteed that the messages are delivered to the mobile hosts exactly once. Sequence numbers and message buffers are used to cope with message duplication and message loss
