Abstract :
Decision-making in complex environment is considered and an approach integrating quantitative decision model with qualitative judgement is proposed. The concept of belief degree for quantitative decision model in a complex environment is presented. The integration in formulation and reasoning of quantitative model with qualitative judgement is studied. The combination of various belief degree generated by quantitative model and qualitative judgement is discussed. A decision rule of trade-off between optimality and belief degree of optimality is proposed
