Abstract :
The design features and performance characteristics of the experimental installation created for measurement of superlow dielectric losses in solid materials in a millimeter waveband of electromagnetic waves at temperature range from 300 to 0.8 K are presented. The results of model experiments by using of a technique of whispering gallery modes for disk dielectric resonators are discussed.
