Abstract :
The ISIA system is a domain oriented model-based tool for vision tasks in membrane biophysics. Prediction and recognition of images are based on a hierarchical model graph of concepts. The concepts contain a structural description of objects and also knowledge about how each object can be recognized. Interpretation of 2D image sequences from two experiments are presented
