Abstract
Aiming at decreasing the hub transportation costs, railway hub shift working plan multicommodity network flow model is set up for considering the coordination of loading, unloading, emptying, the departure of the big, small trains and the using of locomotives. By means of network stratified decomposition, and the branch-bound strategy, the problems of solving the large scale optimization and the stoppage in departure because of lacking of the car flows are solved. An optimal decision base for automatically making the hub shift working plan with computer is supplied
