            Abstract : 
Groundwater, which is the key factor of the regional agriculture irrigation water, plays a significant role of water supply in the north of China. In the past 50 years, grain yields enhanced unceasingly as effective irrigation area rised. As China´s important major grain-producing areas, the agricultural population is big and the agricultural economy takes a large proportion in Dezhou. The agriculture irrigation mainly depends on Yellow River, not only by the pollution of local rivers, and even a threat to groundwater. It was found that diversion water can refresh local groundwater, whereas irrigation by polluted river waters resulted in contamination of local shallow groundwater and over-exploitation of groundwater declined regional water table. In order to optimize high groundwater management of agricultural production areas, water resources construction should receive more attention.
