Abstract
The combination of broad frequency and temperature dependencies gives the most important information on dielectric loss mechanisms at microwaves. To understand the absorption mechanisms in real CVD-diamonds the dielectric properties in the band 50-350 GHz and in the temperature interval 20-600°C were investigated and compared with theory.
