  • Abstract
    The authors present an image analysis system for hybrid circuit quality control. Circuit linkages must be correctly located, and the solder joints must be of adequate quality. The system is integrated into the production line, taking into account the time constraints. The circuits are intended for industrial purposes, for professional equipment and for the general public (telephony and telecommunications), where the requirements are severe. This system allows automatic quality control of electronic circuits
