Abstract :
We report the Si3N4 coating on GaAs antenna enhances terahertz wave generation by increasing the breakdown field. Sealing the coated antenna by silicon gel additionally increases the breakdown field. Terahertz power can be increased for 1 order by multiple transparent dielectric coating and sealing on GaAs antenna.
