Abstract :
In this paper, the novel method for expert autotuning control, including the fuzzy control algorithm, initial tuning and autotuning method, and expert decision, is presented. The development of the multiloop field controller upon this method and its applications for the heat-treatment plants as field control unit (FCU) of distributed computer control system (DCCS) is introduced. The digital simulation and the field operation results show that the expert autotuning control method is more simple and effective
