Abstract
In this note, we present a new proof on the result of global exponential stability of neural networks with multiple time delays which has been reported in [Sun, Zhang, Fei and Feng, Physics Letters A, vol. 298, pp. 122-132, 2002]. Based on the new method, a bound for the degree of exponential stability is presented, according to which, the convergent speed of neural networks can be estimated. Moreover, a simulation is given to justify our result.
