Abstract :
An optical delay stage with a circular involute reflector and a pair of rotation mirrors provides unprecedented performance for optical interference, THz time-domain spectroscopy and general optical pump/probe experiments. The stage supports high repetition rate (>kHz), long delay range (>ns), and fine temporal resolution (<10 fs).
