Abstract
A voltage reference of low supply voltage, low power consumption, no resistors and high threshold voltage devices has been proposed and simulated using 0.18μm technology in this paper. The range of supply voltage is from 0.9V to 3V with a maximum current consumption of 532.9nA and a line sensitivity of 6.7ppm/V. Temperature compensation is enhanced by taking body effect into consideration, and a temperature coefficient lower than 25ppm/°C is achieved in most cases. The power supply rejection ratio without any filtering capacitor is -45dB at 100Hz and -15dB at 10MHz.
