  • Abstract
    In this paper, a low cost wood-chip humidity measurement technique is presented. The proposed approach excites a wire probe located in a tank filled with wood-chip with pulse signals. Round Trip Time measurements are then related to the wood-chip humidity levels. Simulation and experimental results are reported and discussed, in order to validate the proposed approach.
