Abstract :
The dependencies of specific absorption coefficient of various intensity cloudiness on temperature of drops at wide waves band are discussed. A special frequency domain near 100 GHz, within of which the change of direction of the temperature gradient of absorption during frequency change from a lower-frequency band to a higher-frequency band has been registered. These dependencies were obtained on the basis of the Liebe models for the calculation of the refraction coefficients. The comparison of theoretical and experimental results of investigations of the total vertical atmosphere absorption within of 3 mm and 8 mm bands was carried out by the example of comparison of the ray model and double Debye model for the calculation of the dielectric permittivity of condensed moisture. The essential distinctions of the obtained calculation results denoting the importance of the most appropriate basic model selection procedure were shown.
