Abstract
The paper proposes a new method for solving the sequence of non-linear fixed-point problems obtained by using the approximation procedure presented in [6] to the optimization of a short-run model of an energy production system. As a consequence of the significative reduction of the number of operations some systems can be optimized in real time and more complex ones advantageously studied.
