Abstract :
New laser-optical technology based on photodissosiation of oxyhemoglobin and carboxyhemoglobin in vivo for local tissue oxygenation and increasing the efficiency of elimination of carbon monoxide poisoning effect is proposed. The results of both numerical simulations of “laser-tissue” interaction in terms of maximal effect on blood oxyhemoglobin and carboxyhemoglobin in cutaneous blood vessels and experimental investigations the efficiency of their photodissosiation are presented. It is shown that despite of similarity and overlapping of carboxyhemoglobin and oxyhemoglobin action spectrum significant difference on quantum yields of photodissociation makes possible to develop a novel optical method of elimination of carbon monoxide poisoning effect.
