Abstract :
The technological regimes of production of the reflective coat with low energy losses for He-Ne laser mirrors have been worked-off on the base of environmentally safe film-forming material (FFM) Sm2Ti2O7 developed for high-refractive layers and convenient FFM SiO2. The experimental specimens of coat have been produced using the optimized technology. They are characterized by scattering factor σ = 0.010-0.015%; absorption index κ = 0.001-0.005%. The optical characteristics of the obtained specimens have been studied.
