Abstract
The problem of stabilization under state and control linear constraints is considered for linear time-delay systems. The proposed approach is based on necessary and sufficient conditions for the positive invariance of a realistic set of initial states. These conditions take into account the dynamics of the system and the size of the delay. Then the obtained results are applied to the design of a stabilizing controller with respect to the given constraints. The results can be used for both memoryless or delayed, controlled systems. The efficiency of the results is illustrated by an example
