Abstract :
In this paper, the 2.45 GHz rectifier antenna design is presented and the frequency tunable antenna design is proposed by integrating varactor shunt switch technology. The DC output can be 1.8 V when the input RF power is 20 dBm. The antenna is tunable by 500 MHz by integration of a ferroelectric varactor.
