Abstract :
In this paper SyncE and PTP1588v2 functionalities realized in OTN/DWDM optical transport platform OTP10G IRITEL is described. The block diagram of EEC/SEC synchronization module which enable SyncE functions and distribution of synchronization in OTN/DWDM network is given. The possibility to transport PTP1588v2 messages in OTN/DWDM network by using OTN overhead bytes (PTP over OTN) is shown.
