Abstract :
Hull block fabrication management information system has been widely used in the enterprises at present. However, due to the complex and tedious process, it is inconvenient for the staff to operate the management information system. In this paper, we apply KPI to the processes of hull block fabrication through the KPI theory and make business process table which can simplify the process. We propose using key performance indicators of hull block fabrication based on KPI theory to optimize workflow, and focus on the KPI-based interface design of hull block fabrication system to help staff in the operation of management information system more accurate, timely and quickly. These implementation processes can enable enterprises to complete the shipbuilding tasks on schedule and realize modern shipbuilding enterprise information management.
