Abstract :
To clearly understand the differences and the non-proportionality during input-output process in different regions, input devotion and technical progressive devotion in output growth must be analyzed, so as to make clear the efficiency variance in regional economic growth. Based on the calculation of interprovincial total factor productivity (TFP) since 1978, regional technical progress and capital accumulation are analyzed by difference measurement methods and Theil Index decomposition method to reveal the non-proportionality in regional economic growth efficiency. It shows, the simulative of initial reforms in regional productive efficiency is non-proportional, while regional variance is the primary cause for TFP non-proportionality.
