Abstract :
In this paper a geometric interpretation of the effects of uncertainty and control on a class of systems is given in the context of Hilbert space L2 n[0,??). Test conditions on the structure of an uncertain dynamical system are presented such that when satisfied, the system is guaranteed L2- stabilizable. The underlying numerical problem is solved by use of a singular value decomposition (SVD) algorithm.
