Abstract
With widely application of H.264, arbitrary resizing for different block size is desired in video transcoding. In this paper, a two-stage resizing structure is proposed for arbitrary resizing between different block sizes. It realizes resizing in the transform domain (DCT-DCT or DCT-IT). Illustrated examples show that our proposed two-stage resizing structure, with the qualified parameter sets, can provide an appropriate solution for arbitrary resizing.
