Abstract :
Let ξ={ξj} and ζ={ζj} be independent discrete-time second-order stationary processes, where ζ is obtained from a sequence of i.i.d. random variables Z={Zj } by means of a moving summation. Under several assumptions on the density function of Z1, an asymptotic expression is obtained for the information rate Iε, as ε→0, if the process ζ is entropy-regular
