  • Abstract
    Proposes a boiler tube leak detection system (TLDS) that uses monitored boiler process variables. The system uses artificial neural networks for learning and fuzzy logic for decision making. Contrary to existing TLDS the proposed design does not require any new instrumentation hardware or maintenance. The system design is discussed. In addition, the performance of the system is analyzed using field data
