Abstract :
In this paper we describe software models of CA-CFAR. OSGO-CFAR and the OR-CFAR detectors in the receiver of the software defined radar. A comparative analysis of these CFAR detector models in terms of detection of radar targets in conditions of real clutter is performed. Software models of CFAR detector are implemented in MATLAB.
