A Study on Relationships of Knowledge Spillover and Contract Stability and Profit-sharing within Enterprises of Cluster

In this article, we bring trust level, acquisition of study mechanism and absorptive capacity into the study of relationship of knowledge spillover and profit-sharing within enterprises of cluster. Besides, the contract relationship and its stability´s degree of contract relationship also are introduced into. We find that along with the degree of stability of the contract relationship, the major factors of knowledge spillover which include technological innovation diffusion, space concentration, enterprise R&D and so on strengthens the transformation from spillover of knowledge among enterprises to profit-sharing positively, and enhances clusters´ cohesion.
