Abstract :
The existing study of trade barriers of trade in services is summarized and appraised by the author, and the method of trade barriers measurement of trade in services is applied with dynamical statistical indexes. Passche index of trade barriers of trade in services is employed by the author with decomposition of combined index and conversion of average number index.
