The Analysis of Resource Conflicts Based on Hawk and Dove Game in Multi-projects Management

In the course of multi-project management of construction industry, there is a contradiction between project managers requiring the maximization of project benefits and minimizing resources can´t meet the needs of all the project managers. That would cause the problem of resource conflicts. The paper takes the resource conflicts as research objects in the multi-project management. The research was done from the perspective of project managers, and sets dynamic hawk and dove game model by the game of project managers, then it analyses the problem of resource conflicts which exist in the multi-project management, and finally this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions on preventing the problem of resource conflicts.
