Abstract :
Based on interactive theory, this paper focuses on relational mechanisms and formal contracts and analyzes their effect on firm´s innovation performance. The results show that although relational mechanisms and formal contracts affect firm´s innovation performance, improvement of innovation performance is stronger when relational mechanisms and formal contracts are used jointly than when used separately.
