Abstract
In this paper are described in detail poly crystalline photovoltaic materials based on sulphides of cadmium and copper and related methods of deposition. The thermal conductivity, dielectric permittivity, specific resistance, refractive index at different wavelengths, mobility and diffusion length of the electrical current carriers, are analysed. Motivation for the use of semiconductor compounds, comparative analysis.
