Abstract :
A linear model is applied to obtain the temporal evolution of the rough ocean-like surface. It assumes that each surface harmonic propagates according to the dispersion relation. The results of Monte Carlo numerical simulations for the electromagnetic wavelength of 5 m (VHF) reveal the behavior of the Doppler spectrum that depends on the angle of incidence and the wind speed.
