Abstract :
Urban public infrastructure project plays an important role in national economy development. This paper presents a better way to optimize industrial project management using building information modeling (BIM), which is highly applied for large-scale city infrastructure in advanced country market nowadays. In this paper, Hubei Jingzhou Bus Terminal project will be implemented with BIM that aims to cost reduction and quality improvement.
