Abstract :
Although it is basically agreed that the E-commerce is to be regulated by GATs in WTO, a consequent issue to be settled is then how to put the different styles of E-commerce into the corresponding modes of trade in services stated in the GATs for the proper application. This article, after defining the exact styles of E-commerce needed to be classified according to the GATs, gives a detail method to the mode classification for E-commerce.
