The EMU Bogie Virtual Assembly System was based on the Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML). With the characteristics of Good interaction, strong immersion, ease in production and use, and improving the collaboration. It has a detailed analysis on the VRML animation and interactivity principle. And the necessary of key technologies, algorithm principle of Java enhancing interactive and the specific implementation mechanism are discussed in the paper. At last, virtual assembly animation of the structure of the secondary suspension system are made detail by Cosmo Worlds.
