Abstract :
The comprehensive evaluation in Fuzzy Mathematics combined with fuzzy recognition method is used for selecting the outstanding employees in an enterprise. In this study, a criterion is firstly set for judging the performance of the employees, and a group of the candidates are selected by means of the comprehensive evaluation. The model of fuzzy recognition is then applied to select the annual outstanding employee from the candidates. This selection approach provides a simple way for the enterprises to pick the outstanding staffs. This makes the selection process to be carried out with high credibility and justice, and it also helps to motivate the employees and raise the cohesiveness of the company.
