Abstract :
In this paper, the performance of discrete periodic control systems for lp disturbance rejection is analyzed. For control of linear time invariant plants and for rejection of deterministic and uniform disturbances, this paper gives sufficient and necessary conditions under which linear time invariant controllers can provide strictly better performance than that of linear periodically time varying controllers
