Abstract
In this paper, the relation between education investment, R&D investment and economic growth will be discussed by applying grey correlation model, based on the data of the Six Provinces of Central China(2000 to 2006). Then comes the conclusion: There are some relationships between education investment, R&D investment and economic growth; compared with the R&D investment, education investment plays more important role in the increase of economy. In addition, the influence of Henan Province and Shanxi Province are more obvious from comprehensive incidence degree. On this basis, the article proposed that the Six Provinces of Central China should widen their horizons further, pay more attention to educational and technological investment, and through them to promote the regional economy fast, steady growth.
