Abstract :
We report generation of wavelength-multiplexed polarization-entangled photon-pairs by cascaded optical nonlinearities (sum-frequency-generation and parametric down conversion) in a periodically-poled LiNbO3 waveguide device. The visibilities higher than 98% were achieved for all the evaluated wavelength channels.
