Abstract :
The authors present 2D polynomial residue number system techniques for parallel polynomial multiplication in modular rings and discuss array implementation issues of such 2D polynomial multipliers. A specific example design is presented. The proposed arrays are modular and thus they can be pipelined suitable for VLSI implementations
