Abstract :
In this paper the influence of change requirements during several agile software projects is examined. Consequences that change requirements have had on projects are analyzed. Also some possible ways of successful management of these consequences are suggested. Therefore, modified Scrum process that involve activities for successful requirements change management during project is proposed.
